Prior to undertaking any work within a road reserve, responsible parties must submit an application form and Traffic Management Plan to the City.Examples of work include:
Service installations
Construction of new roads or intersections
Drainage and associated works.
The Traffic Management Plan must be prepared by personnel with appropriate accreditation in traffic management.The City requires all applicants other than service authorities to pay an approval fee, as described in the application form, prior to approval being granted.
