If you receive an infringement you believe is incorrect or unjust, you can appeal using the Application to Appeal an Infringement form below.
Alternatively you can write to the City with details of your appeal making sure to include your infringement number, the date and location of the infringement, your residential address and contact details, detailed reasons for your appeal, and any supporting evidence.
Submit appeals in writing to Ranger Services via email at info@armadale.wa.gov.au, post to City of Armadale, Locked Bag 2, Armadale, WA, 6992, or in person at the Administration Centre, 7 Orchard Avenue, Armadale, Monday to Friday between 8:15am and 4:45pm. Verbal appeals over the phone or face-to-face will not be accepted.
Once your appeal is lodged a formal internal review process will be undertaken by Ranger and Emergency Services. A formal letter of response will be provided advising if your appeal was refused* or the infringement was withdrawn.
* If your appeal is refused, you will have an additional 14 days to pay the infringement before incurring further costs or having the matter registered with the Fines Enforcement Registry.
